Hi everyone! I wanted to share a quick card I created with some leftover cardstock scraps, diecuts, etc. that I had laying on my desk. I started by folding a 6″x6″ piece of patterned cardstock in half to create a base for my card. Next I had scraps of cardstock that had roses on them so I fussy cut those out and along with half of a doily I adhered all to the front of the card.
I added Stickles to the larger rose and mini lime green gems to the smaller roses. I watercolored four of the smallest Romance Flower Diecuts, crinkled and glued two each together. Added a dot of Stickles to the center of each, added a leaf sprig, tulle and twine to finish off the flowers. I printed the “thinking of you” verbiage from the computer and matted with a patterned cardstock before adhering to the card.
This is gorgeous, Tonya. The flowers are beautiful, and the card is colorful and fun. So much great creativity in this one card. Thank you so much for joining our challenge. I hope that you will stop by and play along with us again soon.God bless you,Karen LWord Art Wednesday
