Hi everyone! I’m back yet again with another take on my Sparkles Snowman Happy Holiday Stamp Set. This time I recycled a canister that almonds came in. So let’s get started!
The first thing I did was clean the inside of the empty container to remove any particles that was still leftover.
I cut and adhered patterned cardstock to fit around the container.
I had purchased a pair of socks from the Dollar Tree and measured four inches from the opening and cut that part of the sock off to create a “hat”.
I applied adhesive around the edge of the lid and carefully placed the sock around the lid.
Once the adhesive was dry I stuff a little tissue inside the hat, added Ric Rac, tied at the top, along with a snowflake ornament and cut off the excess thread.
I had placed the snowman face stamp onto the MISTI Stamping Tool, inked with Black Ink and stamped onto a piece of Watercolor Paper. I used an assortment of Watercolors and Colored Pencils to finish the face. Once dry I added Glitter Glue to the eyes and adhered to the canister. There you have it! Add some candy and it makes a perfect gift for a family member or friend!
