Let’s Make a Snowman Card with the Skinny Mini Book Box Diecut

Hi everyone! I’m back today with card I created using my very own Sparkles Snowman Happy Holidays Stamp Set. You can find it over at Blank Page Muse HERE. It’s still a pinch me moment that I actually have a stamp set! I also used the Skinny Mini Book Box and a few other thinlits, embossing folder and etc. which I’ll share as I get more into making this card. Let’s get started!

First off, I folded a piece of cardstock in half and placed slightly below the cut line on the Skinny Mini Book Box and run through the Diecut Machine.

I used several scraps of plain and patterned cardstock and adhered to the front of the card base. I cut a strip of cardstock and placed into the 3D Crochet Mandala Embossing Folder and run through the diecut machine. I lightly inked over the raised edges before gluing to the card base.

I placed the snowman face and sentiment onto the MISTI Stamping Tool, inked with Black Ink and stamped onto a piece Watercolor Paper and cut out both.

I watercolored the snowman and once dry added Stickles to the image.

Next I matted the snowman image before adding to the card base and placed a White Diamond Dotz on each eye.

I cut out several snowflakes from the following thinlits and diecut: Wreath and Snowflake Thinlits, Doodle Christmas Thinlits and 3D Impresslits Snowflake Diecut (retired). I added one snowflake to the base before gluing the matted snowman on top of that.

I layered two of the snowflakes, added Foam Pop Dots to the backs of two and placed onto the base. I glued the smaller snowflake directly to the base, added gems to the center of each one.

I finished by matting the sentiment and adhering underneath the snowman image and adding loops of metallic to the snowflakes.

Silverware and Roses Card

Hi everyone! I’m back with a quick card I created using Eileen Hull’s Chapter 4 release…that happened earlier this week. I used the Silverware Embossing Folder, the center die of the Sunflower from the Sunflower Diecut and the label stamp from the Making Plans Stamp Set to create this card. So let’s get started!

First off, I cut a piece of Cream Cardstock to fit into the Silverware Embossing Folder and ran through the Diecut Machine. I applied Rose Gold Luster Wax over the embossed areas. I added a little tan chalk ink to give it a softer look.

I cut a strip of patterned cardstock and adhered to the middle of the embossed area. I cut out, inked the edges of the center of the Sunflower Diecut and glued onto the strip.

I added a piece of patterned cardstock as a mat to the embossed image before placing onto the card base. I also fussy cut roses from a piece of patterned cardstock, stamped a label from the Making Plans Stamp Set and adhered those to the card base. I finished off by adding the “dreams come true” sentiment sticker from the Clipping Stickers Book onto the label and two Diamond Dotz: Shade 7004 on either side of the sentiment.

Everything is Coming Up Daffodils Tag

Hi everyone! It’s been awhile but I’m back with a project for Blank Page Muse! I want to share a tag I created using the daffodil stamp from the Flower and Bird Stitches Art Rubber Stamp Sheet. Let’s get started!

I placed a tag into the Crochet Mandala 3D Embossing Folder and run through the Diecut Machine. Side note…lightly spritz the tag with water before placing in the folder and running through the machine and it will hold the embossed image better and not tear the cardstock.

I placed the daffodil stamp onto the MISTI Stamping Tool, inked with Black Ink and stamped onto a piece of Watercolor Paper. I watercolored the image and once dry added a little Stickles to the center of each flower. Next I fussy cut the flower image out and lightly inked over the raised images of the tag with gold ink.

I punched a circle from a green sheet of cardstock from the Cyan Consortium Paper Pack using a 3″ Circle Punch.

From my pile of cardstock scraps I picked out patterned scraps and adhered to the base of the tag. I added Foam Pop Dots to the back of the circle punch and placing onto the tag. I glued two strips of patterned cardstock to the circle before adding the stamped image.

I added sequins, gems and loops of thread to finish off the tag.

Sparkle Snowman Shadow Box

Hi everyone! I’m back today with another project I created using my Sparkles Snowman Happy Holidays Stamp Set. So let’s get started!

I had purchased a small shadow box at Micheal’s that I thought would be a great way to create a home decor piece with. I dug into my scraps of Christmas paper scraps and adhered the patterned cardstock to both the outside and inside of the box.

I cut a piece of patterned cardstock to fit inside the shadow box. Then I placed the snowman image onto the MISTI Stamping Tool, inked with Black Ink and before I stamped the image onto the cardstock I placed washi tape over the “boxed area” of the stamp.

I stamped the carrot, eyebrows and eyes onto appropriate scraps of cardstocks and fussy cut each out.

I adhered the eyes, eyebrows and nose to the stamped snowman face. I applied Glitter Glue to the eyes, added a little color to the nose and cheeks before adhering the face in the shadow box. I finished off by cutting out holly leaves from the Funky Festive Thinlits, shaping those and adding a poinsettia and loops of thread to the box.

Sparkles Snowman Happy Holidays Stamp Set Release

Hi everyone! Guess what?!?! I now have a set of stamps I’ve designed with Blank Page Muse!!!Can you tell I’m so excited? The stamp set is called Sparkles Snowman Happy Holidays Slimline Stamp Set.

I designed this in mind with making mini slimline cards but you can do so much more with this stamp set. I used a sheet of patterned cardstock from a 6″x6″ paper pad, folded in half, to create this card but a standard mini slimline measures 3 1/2″x6″. I figured what is half an inch? Plus its a great way to use up some of those 6″x6″ pads that are laying around.

I placed the snowman face and sentiment stamps onto the MISTI Stamping Tool, inked with waterproof Black Ink and stamped onto a piece of Cream Cardstock. I dug out my chalk pastels, Colored Pencils to color in the face and I filled in the eyes with clear glitter glue.

I adhered two strips of patterned cardstock to the base of the card and placed the snowman face off center of the card. Next I cut a snowflake from Wreath and Snowflake Thinlits out of vellum placed and glued slightly off the card…I cut the excess off and decorated with light blue gems. The final step I matted the sentiment and placed Foam Pop Dots to the back before adding to the lower corner of the card. I also inked around the base of the card with chalk ink.

I’ll be sharing more projects with this stamp set later on so be sure to stop back by! Also use code BPMTonya to get 15% off this stamp set along other purchases too. So be sure to head to Blank Page Muse’s website and purchase Sparkles Snowman Happy Holidays Stamp Set.

TCW and Eileen Hull Crafty Collaboration Notepad Holder

Hi everyone! I’m back with my project I created for the TCW and Eileen Hull collab! I’m excited to get to try the Ocean Blue Stencil Butter for the first time along with the Petal Mandala Stencil and Uplifting Stamps. I choose the Notepad Diecut to use all these TCW products on so lets get started!

I had painted the outside of the covers for another project but changed my mind and decided to use the Ocean Blue Stencil Butter since it complemented the light green. I secured the stencil to the cover and used a Paint Knife to spread the Stencil Butter over the stencil.

I removed the stencil carefully from the cover.

I placed the stencil over the back cover and rubbed. It left a cool reverse design.

Next I added a blue watercolor splatter to a piece of Watercolor Paper and once dry, inked and stamped one of the butterflies from the Uplifting Stamps onto the paper.

I splattered watered down white and a teal paints on both covers and while that dried I cut a total of four “spines” with a half inch “flap” from the notepad die (sorry I didn’t get photos of that step…I was in a zone). I glued all together and cut to fit the bottom of the diecut. I covered the “spine” with patterned cardstock both inside and out before adhering the butterfly image to the front of the holder.

I finished off by adding a couple notepads to the holder. If you need more inspiration stop by Eileen Hull’s Blog for the latest and be sure to follow TCW on their blog which can be found HERE.

An Aspen Christmas Tag

Hi everyone! You know Christmas is only a few months away right? And since it is my favorite holiday I had to created a little pastel Christmas tag for Blank Page Muse using the Aspen Creepy Cute Kid Rubber Stamp.

I placed the girl stamp onto MISTI Stamping Tool, inked with waterproof Black Ink and stamped the image onto a piece of Watercolor Paper. I used an assortment of watercolors and colored pencil to fill in the girl before fussy cutting the image out.

I cut out two, one of each designs, pink and white striped and polka dots tags from the Waterfall Card and Tags Thinlits. I inked the edges and dug out scraps of patterned cardstock to make banners before adhering to the tag along with the girl image.

I dug into my stash of diecuts and added a holly diecut, thread bows and pearl sprays to the corner of the tag. To finish I adhered Pom Pom Trim to the bottom and Hot Pink Ribbon to the top of the tag.
