Fall Splendor Card

Hi everyone! I am here to share a quick Fall card I created for a swap I am in.
I started out with a piece of cardstock which I folded in half to make a 3″x6″ card base. Then I stamped the leaf image onto a piece of cream colored cardstock, inked all edges, added bling, cut more cardstock  to frame the image and adhered to the base.

I adhered scraps of cardstock and sentiment digital image to the top of the card.

I finished off the card with a button, sequin, dew drop and twine. The only hard thing was added the tiny bling to the leaf other than that easy peasy! 🙂

Also I am submitting this card for the Word Art Wednesday Challenge 150.

If you have any questions please let me know. Thanks for stopping by, hope your Saturday is wonderful and enjoy creating!

Blue Snowflakes Card

Hi everyone! I know another wintery/Christmas card but you know Christmas is going to be here before you know??? Right??? Wink, wink, wink 🙂 I want to share this quick Christmas/Winter card I created using 6″x6″  My Mind’s Eye Merry Collection and a stamp sentiment from the Inkadinkado Christmas Characters Stamp Set.
I folded the 6″x6″ paper in half to create a 3″x6″ card base, added patterned cardstock from the pad, inked edges and punched and fussy cut snowflakes out for the card. Next I stamped the sentiment on a piece of cardstock, cut more cardstock to frame the saying and adhered together and to the card. Lastly I glued the snowflakes that I had cut out and punched to the card.

If you have any questions please let me know. Thanks for stopping by, hope your Friday is great and enjoy creating!!!

No Business Like Snow Business Card

I stamped the snowman on some lined cardstock from the paper pad and stamped the hat, scarf, red bird and carrot on scraps from the same pad and fussy cut out and adhered to the snowman image. I cut various sizes of rectangles and glued to the card along with the snowman image. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of cardstock and glued to the card. Easy peay 🙂

Christmas July Penguin Card

Hi everyone! I know you’re thinking really??? Christmas cards in July??? You’ve got to be kidding me!!! Well, lets face it Christmas will be here before you know it and for once I would let to be ahead of the game so to speak instead of scrabbling around at the last minute trying to make something.  So I will be sharing a card and other craft related projects here and there this month. 🙂
I used a 6″x6″ paper pad from My Mind’s Eye Merry Collection and Christmas Characters Stamp Set from Inkadinkado. I folded a 6″x6″ piece of cardstock to create a 3″x6″ base, stamped and fussy cut the penguin out, cut, layered  and adhered cardstock to the front of the card. Stamped and cut sentiment out and framed with cardstock and adhered to card. Easy peasy card  using only a 6″x6″ pad and one stamp set. 🙂

Mason Jar Thank You

Hi everyone and happy Friday!!! I’m back to share a quick card I created for a customer. I used half of a doily, flower diecut, sequins, twine, scraps of scrapbook paper and the Forever thanks rubber stamp from Unity Stamps and the mason jar stamp is from Inkadinkado. I used a 6″ x6″ piece of cardstock and folded to make a 3″ x 6″ card base.

The Forever thanks sentiment I stamped twice on two different colors of cardstock and cut both out and added one on top of the other to make it look like a seal. It’s a super easy card to make!!!

Thanks for stopping by, I hope your weekend is wonderful and enjoying creating!!!

Hey Pilgrim

I would like to share a card I made for the Thanksgiving season.

I used a Inkadinkado clear mini stamps set that I received in a swap I had participated in. I used various scraps of scrapbook paper which I inked all edges of paper, buttons, The Robin’s Nest Dew Drop and some diecut leaves I had received in another swap I was in.

I stamped the little pilgrim several times and then fussy cut each section out and then glued it to the pilgrim. It was tedious but I think it turned out super cute.

You know It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is almost here and Christmas is right around the corner??? Wow! Where has this year gone??? I want to share what I’m thankful for. I’m thankful for my family and friends. The fact that I can get out of bed each morning…I’m healthy. That I have cloths on my back, food and diet coke to eat and drink***smiles. I have a wonderful boyfriend, Greg, who can make me laugh, who is so laid back and don’t get wound up about anything…other than Tennessee football games***more smiles…who is supportive and lets me be me. I love him with all my heart. I’m most thankful for the talent God gave me. The ability to create and see things in away that other people don’t see. The ability to be able to sit down and pour all my heart and soul into something that I enjoy doing and someone actually “get” what I was trying to get across. My art has been my comfort in very dark times. It is my “happy place”. You know God is the ultimate artist…He is the potter and we are the clay and He has shaped us into something beautifully made. I’m thankful for each and everyone of you. May your Thanksgiving be full of fellowship with family, friends and good food. {{{Hugs}}}

Christmas Reindeer Card

I want to share a quick project I created a couple of months ago. I bought this really cute reindeer rubber stamp at Your Scrapbook Super Store and Clearance Center …in the clearance store…which is located in Sieverville, Tennessee. I got some super duper deals while I was there.  If I had had more time…I was only able to shop for 40 minutes before the store closed…I could have racked up alot more scrapbook booty than what I did***giggles***.
For this project I used: My Minds Eye paper, K & Company paper, Inkadinkado rubber stamp, Tim Holtz Alterations Sizzlits die, Button, lace, baker’s twine, Stampin Up ink and rubber stamp.

It’s hard to believe that Christmas is right around the corner but maybe this will inspire you to dig out some of your rubber stamps, scrapbook paper and make something fun.

Thanks for looking and enjoy creating!!!
