Chapter Two Blog Hopping with Eileen Hull: Boho Trinket Box

Hi everyone! Today is the day! Thanks for joining us for the Eileen Hull Release Party Blog Hop! The Inspiration Team is excited they can finally share their Sizzix Chapter 2 projects. All throughout April, the designers will be sharing tutorials and videos!
The Tiny Book measures 2 1/4” x 3” and is just the right size for wallet size photos, stamps, quotes, tags or tiny cards. The Tiny Book Case is designed to hold the book, a gift card, earrings, or small treats. If you haven’t gotten your hands on a Tiny Book and Tiny Book Case yet, you can find them at your local retailer, HERE or in Eileen’s ETSY Store.
I created a little trinket box with the Tiny Book Case. I started by applying Adhesive Sheets to both sides of the Matboard before placing patterned cardstock to both sides of the matboard. I placed the diecut on top of the matboard and run through the Diecut Machine. I folded and adhered together according to the direction on the packaging.
I punched a hole with a Crop-A-Dile into the top center of the flap on the box.

I added the clap to the elastic before tying off on the inside of the box.

I adhered a couple of scalloped circle punches to the clasp along with a frozen Charlotte doll from my stash. I finished off by adhering pom pom trim to the flap, thread, a flower and leaf punch to the clasp.

Now for the fun stuff! Please hop down the list to see what the team has been working on. If you leave a “love” (comment) on each of the designer’s posts by April 6th, you will be entered to win a Tiny Book die! The winner will be announced on Eileen’s Facebook Live on Tuesday, April 7th. Pretty easy huh?

Sneak Peek of Eileen Hull’s Newest Diecut!

Hi everyone! It’s been a bit since my last blog post. I had to go to Nashville and watch my grandson for the past two weeks while my son and daughter in law work from home because of covid-19 so I didn’t get any blog posts finished but did get some crafting in after my son and daughter in law’s work day ended. I do hope everyone is taking care of themselves.
But the reason I’m on today is I want to share a sneak peek of  my project using Eileen Hull‘s newest diecut that will be released. The Inspiration Team will be doing a blog hop April 1st and Eileen will be doing a Facebook Live that you don’t want to miss. So set your calendars and be sure to come back on April 1st to see the complete reveal and hop along with the rest of the team! I’ve also included a link to view all of Eileen Hull’s diecuts HERE.
Thanks for stopping by, hope your Tuesday is wonderful and enjoy creating!
